Highlight your skills that fit the job ad

Your skills section should highlight the abilities and knowledge that make you a strong candidate for the job. This can include both technical skills and soft skills.

 

1. Technical skills - specialized knowledge and skills required to perform a specific task (ex. Data analysis, web development, programming, writing, cooking)

2. Soft skills - general traits not specific to any job (ex. Communication, adaptability, teamwork, leadership)

You can create a separate skills section and list your skills in bullet points, or you can incorporate your skills into your work experience section by describing how you have used those skills on the job.
